I've done everything I can think to do to stop certain senders, especially Facebook auto-mails (but also a few individuals) from getting flagged as spam.
My Junk settings are on "Low", my contacts are in the address book, and I've marked them "not junk" scores of times.
Any ideas how to make this stop!?
Thanks!

It sounds like you might have a rule setting these messages to Junk. Check
under both Tools > Rules and Tools > Mailing List Manager.

Unfortunately, neither has any rules related to junk.
Other ideas?

It could be coming from your server. Ask your IT.

Double check your rules and Mailing List Manager rules. Sometimes they get
reset incorrectly.

As mentioned, I don't have any rules set up.
As far as the server, I'm not sure what you mean. This excessive junk flagging isn't happening just with Facebook mails, although that seems to be the most common. It's also grabbing other emails as well from regular people and often from people who were previously just fine.

Still sounds like a Mailing List Manager rule. Rules are the only thing that
moves messages in Entourage.
The JMF never assigns messages from contacts in your Address Book to the
Junk category. Check your contacts in your Address Book to be sure they are
not set with the category junk. Open a contact and select Assign categories.
You can then see all categories that have been assigned.
If your server is running a rule to mark certain messages as junk this would
cause Entourage to see them as junk.
