Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I am trying to send 4 email attachments on 1 email that total 18.3 MB. When I attempt to send it, my email times out. I shrunk the email to 16.8 MB and it does the same thing. I was wondering if there is something on my computer, on MS Office Entourage that can be changed to allow for this or if this is an ISP issue. I think that you have to split the email into 4 emails because 18.3 MB might be to big for one email. This is what I would do. This is an ISP issue - either an intentional limitation (which is supposed to generate an error rather than timing out) or a network problem. Check with them to see what their limits are, and even if they'll offer to exclude you. |
