Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop entourage 12.1.4 Am unable to delete certain mails. Many times when i try to delete other deleted emails from the deleted items folder, it can't delete them , but causes entourage to freeze. I have to shut down the entourage program and restart it again. tried to rebuild the databe, but the size is increased each time, it's the main identity Main problem is these 3 emails constantly freeze my entourage program when i even move to the deleted items folder. How do i get these 3 emails deleted ? Try to delete the messages with the preview pane turned off, go to view and preview pane to turn it off. This is a sign of database corruption, but obviously you have found that rebuilding did not work. You will need to create a new Identity in Entourage and export the data into the new Identity. Once you do this your Entourage 2008 Identity should be very solid. We've seen quite a few cases of imported Identities that have had problems like this. How to manually move your data.
