Entourage and Hotmail (error 1412)

I have a question related to a previous post ("entourage error"), pasted below in case it helps other users.

Yesterday I upgraded to Hotmail Plus for Mac, which is a paid account. I added Hotmail to my Entourage accounts and am receiving my hotmail messages in my Entourage inbox. However, I can't send through hotmail from Entourage. The error message is pasted below. Any suggestions?

ERROR: 1412
MESSAGE: Mail could not be sent using the account "Hotmail."
EXPLANATION: HTTP error. The request cannot be fulfilled.

Is this a free or paid subscription to Hotmail? Entourage works only with
paid subscriptions.
