Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop hi, thanks to a syncopration I lost my tasks in entourage 2004. Luckyly I still have a backup copy on an external disk. Rename your backup and copy it into your Microsoft User Data folder: /Users/yourHomeFolder/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities Use Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... to open your restored backup copy and then use File --> Export... to export just your Tasks to a file. Use Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... to select your current identity and then use File --> Import... to import your file. Hope this helps! You will need to recover your backup first. Be sure you don't overwrite. Next export as Entourage archive (.rge) file your Tasks. You can then import the file into your current Identity.
