junk mail box blocked

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop

I had to rebuilt my database and now no junk mail goes into my junk box.
There is a red circle icon over the junk email box.
I don't no where the junk mail is going but I cant find it or check to make sure I'm losing some good mail to spam filter.
HELP!

This is the regular icon.

Most likely during the rebuild, your rules or Mailing List Manager  rules
had the folder changed from junk folder to another folder. Check all of your
Mailing List Manager rules and your custom rules.

I found.. Tools > Mailing List Manager

Do I create a new rule???

Name: Junk Email??? (add this?)
Address: add....my email address???
Move messages to folder: add... Junk Email???

Sorry confused what to do.???

No. It's a rule that has the wrong folder destination that is moving your
messages.

Open the Mailing List Manager
Check each listing for folder destination

If all of these are OK, then open Rules and check folder destinations for
each rule.
