Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

Originally had Panther. Installed Leopard - six month later mac would not boot. Told to reinstalled Leopard by archive and install. Then, Entourage locks up. Told to reinstalled Office 2004 (dragged office folder to trash and then "dragged Microsoft Office 2004 folder to hard drive". "Identity" Error message HELP - apple genius bar has told me it's a microsoft problem.

I have downloaded all the apple entourage updates
What should I do? (my mail is yahoo.com)
