Hello,
Right now, when an HTML email is sent and there are pictures, the pictures
are not downloaded. I click on "Download pictures" and it works fine. I'd
like to know if I can approve a domain name or an email address to always
show downloaded pictures? I'd prefer to not have everything display
pictures, but I remember Outlook 2007 giving me the option of having
specific future emails to always show pictures. Thanks!

Add the senders to your Address Book or Mailing List Manager.

Entourage -> preferences -> Mail and news preferences -> View -> Always show
pictures and movies... (check that box)

That is such terrible design. I should be able to have the system show
pictures of certain email addresses without having to add it to my address
book. I subscribe to newsletters and I do not want my address book cluttered
with newsgroup email addresses. My address book is also synched with my
phone and I especially do not want all of that clutter on my phone. Outlook
2007 did it right.

try adding .com, .net, .org etc to the 'safe domains' box in the junk
mail filter.

From what I see Entourage 2008 will only download pictures in a message if
the sender is in your address book. Adding it to mailing list manager will
not allow message pictures to be downloaded automatically. So, it's either
add to address book or select download all images in preferences I believe.
