Hi,
I can not figure out how to send one email to an address that is a group of people. It will only send to the first on the list. I am trying to send one email to a class of students. I had to revert back to mac.mail to send it out which it did with no problem so it has something to do with Entourage.

HELP! Using more than one email program is a plan for disaster!

I would check very carefully that you did not have an error in the address
of one of the names in the list -- especially the second one if Entourage
sent to only the first name on the list.

Is "Don't show addresses when sending to a group" checked on that group? If
so (and you can tolerate all the members of the group seeing each others'
addresses), uncheck it and see if Entourage expands it properly. (You could
even try Work Offline and Send Later, then check the expanded address list
if you don't want everyone to see all the addresses.)

Good luck.

I have double checked the list. The same list (all I did was copy paste) sends fine in the other program.

I guess I am asking if this is something that entourage can do? It seems basic but maybe not.

An extra space could be causing this to happen. Try sorting list and see if
that helps.

Something happened during your copy/paste.
