ive read and read the installer is in the applications/office/
additional tools. i think i may have trashed it and due to a recent
move cant find the install disk. is there anyplace that i can
download this. ive found the x version but i get the error message
that it cant find the microsoft component plugin. thanks in advance

Yes - its in Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools and
the app is called Handheld Sync Installer. I looked in Mactopia and I
couldn't seem to find this for download if you don't have it on your
disk. I'm not sure whether its legal for us to E-mail this to you or
not.

If you trashed additional tools and you do not have your CD then find
someone who has the CD and just copy it into the Microsoft Office 2004
folder, the hand held sync installer is not downloadable and the one for
Office X will not work.

You can try the sync services located in the preferences menu of Entourage,
it will synchronize to the Apple Address Book and Ical and then the Apples
Isync syncronizes with your Palm, it still uses the Palm Desktop software as
the engine. See http://www.entourage.mvps.org for more information on Isync.

Remember to backup your Microsoft User Data folder before experimenting.
