There is an "archive" command in Entourage.
Though thesize limit for Entourage 2004 went up tremendously. Are you
talking about the size of the ENtourage database of the size of an IMAP
or Exchange account??
For an Exchange account, you can move the messages to folders in the
"on my computer" hierarchy to free space on Exchange but still be able
to access all the messages from Entourage.
