When reply no logo?

My logo usually pops up when send letter cause I have the preference
selected to:

Show html formatting in toolbar in message composition window

Still, frequently is does not pop up when reply to messages.

OS 10.4.7
Office 2004

My guess is that your logo does not show up when you reply to messages that
are in plain text format. To force Entourage to reply in HTML format all the
time, go to Entourage>Preferences, click on Reply & Forward in the Mail &
News preferences and uncheck "Reply to messages in the format in which they
were sent".
