Import of .csv file results in plenty 'o quotes

Hi--

I just tried importing from a standard .csv file, where there are no quotes
around any of fields, mapped them properly, and now every field has a set of
quotes around the data, even for fields where the data is blank...

What am I doing wrong?

I don't know why that would've happened. Some users have reported a better
experience with Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" script package.
