CW has 2 help menus

I just noticed this today, so I'm not sure how long it has been
happening, but when I run CW 8.3 (under Mac OS 10.3.1) it shows two
copies of the Help menu in the menubar. I tried deleting all of the
Metrowerks prefs, but that didn't help. Has anyone else seen this
problem, and if so how do you get rid of the second Help menu?

I'd like to avoid reinstalling CW if possible since rebuilding libs
under 10.3 appears to be difficult.

That's due to a change in how the Help menu gets installed under
Panther. This was mentioned as a side effect by the changes Apple made
to "Fix" something by an Apple employee. Re-installing will not solve
it.
