Subject pretty much says it all. I have an app that uses a Carbon Event loop and creates a window which uses/requests a variety of events including kEventMouseDown and kEventMouseDragged. Under 10.2.x everything works fine. Under 10.3.1 I'm only receiving kEventMouseDown. I never receive kEventMouseDragged.
