hello

i am using cw 8.3 to build a Carbon Mach-o application.

i want to add a png file to the Resources subfolder of
my bundle.

the manual says to open the project settings, go to the
File Mappings setting panel, and add an entry for png
and choose "Copy To Package" from the compiler menu.
This makes sense, but I can't see the "Copy To Package"
item in the menu... all i can see is :

None
MachO Importer
Metrowerks C/C++ Mac OS X
Perl Tool
Property List Compiler
Rez
Shell Tool

Although other graphic files, for example, are set to
"Copy To Package"

Am I doing something wrong ?

Thanks for any help.

Click on the the CodeWarrior Menu  select the About Metrowerks
CodeWarrior and then select the Installed Components

See if this is installed or not.  If it isn't Look in the CodeWarrior
Plugins  in the  Compilers folder and see if you have Copy To Package
there.

If it is installed and you don't see it in the pop-up menu  try closing
CodeWarrior and relaunching it

Finally if it doesn't show up you'll need to turn on the diagnostics and
restart Codewarrior and send us the report.

I don't think so, it should be working.
