Hi all,
PowerPlant, PowerPlantX and PowerPlant Constructor are now released as
open source BSD license on http://www.sourceforge.net in the project open-powerplant.
for now it is just one disk image file but we will be working on it as
time goes on.
Thanks everyone that waited for this, I apologize for all the delays in
getting this up.
Ron

Have I missed something here or what???
None of the source code I looked at had what I would consider to be a
BSD-style license. It looks to me like it still licenced by Freescale:
// Copyright ©2005, 2006 Freescale Semiconductor, Inc.
// Please see the License for the specific language governing rights
and
// limitations under the License.
and then there is the included 'Freescale EULA.pdf' file that still
looks like this sourcecode is owned by Freescale... again not what I
expected for an open source, BSD licensed, project.
Shouldn't the license look something like the BSD template here:
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php
Anyway, I'm not a lawyer so what the heck do I know :-)

the EULA includes also makes claims for warranties up to 60 days, etc.
in addition to references about a Trial period and version.
