Interesting question. It's a bit more unusual with this go around,
since technically CW 9 is about a $400 product (or whatever it was),
whereas CW 10 is only $99. In prior releases, the retail price tended
to remain constant, so there was no real discount in getting the older
version.
I am curious as to why you would need 9.3 when you have 10.

I need it for developing Indesign CS2 Plugins. Their plugins are
written in c++ and compiled with cw 9.3, so if the compiler changed
from CW9 to CW10 the plugins compiled with CW10 might show bugs.

My recommendation is to use 9.4 when using a 9.x version of
CodeWarrior. Version 9.5 and later involved a lot of restructuring of
the internal code base since it is when they ripped out all the
Intel-related guts. Some thoughts.
