An unknown error occurred when post-linking target "blah blah"

I'm using Tiger and Codewarrior 9.6. I moved a project over from a machine
running panther and codewarrior 9.6. On the machine with Tiger I get the
above error.

Anyone have any ideas how I could find out what the error is?
