Folks, Greetings!

I saw this information about Intel's compilers & libraries coming to X:
http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1851752,00.asp

I wondered about the line, "Smith said that Intel will also provide a
migration guide for Metrowerks..."  Does this mean that, like XCode,
there will be a plugin for CodeWarrior's IDE?

Thanks in advance for any clarification that you can provide.

Peace,
Bob

I have no special knowledge, but I don't think it means that at all. to
me, a 'migration guide' is a document with a set of guidelines on how to
get code that was previously compiled with CodeWarrior to build with
Intel's compiler.

Incidentally, it seems to me that the lack of Objective-C support in
Intel's compiler will be a disappointment to many and will probably
considerably limit the number of units sold.
