handling quartz framework in 10.3 panther?

The quartz framework was new in tiger.

I included it in my project but now the application doesnt run on
panther.

How does one weak link this thing in the code warrior project?

Does one have to create different applications for panther and tiger?

Add a file named whatever.lcf to your project containing the line

-weak_framework Quartz
