Next CW Revision with OS 10.4?

Hi,

Is CW10 going to coincide with the release of OS10.4?
I'm on 8.3 at the moment and considering upgrading to 9.4 but wonder if
it's worth it?
If I do, would I have to pay the full upgrade price again with v10?
I have emailed sales with these questions but have had no response.

I'm afraid I can't comment on this at this time, I can assure you it
will not ship before OS X 10.4

I just can't give a time line, work is being done on it is about all I
can say.
