There are one or two that attempt to teach beginning C++ with CodeWarrior,
but none of them is even remotely up to date, and they are probably all
out of print too.

As for learning the IDE, I think Metrowerks provide a file called
CodeWarrior_QuickStart.pdf, which should get you started.

Learn C++ Primer Plus SAMS Publishing by Prata doesn't teach the IDE
but it does teach CodeWarrior. It may not be up to date with the latest
C++ Philosophy but it is a good book
