Hi Ron,

I am hoping you can help me.  I have tried to contact
sales@metrowerks.com to purchase an upgrade to CodeWarrior.  We
currently have a site license for Codewarrior 8.3 for Mac & Windows (5
licenses) and would like to upgrade to CW 9; furthermore, we would
like to find out what additionallicense would cost if we wish to
exceed the 5 we currently have.

I have tried contacted sales@metrowerks.com three times, and it's been
two weeks since I have heard anything.  (Not even one of those
automated acknowledgement emails.)  I was supposed to forward upgrade
information to my boss so he can order them and decide about more
licenses, but it's not making me look bad.

Could you get me a contact person I can work through to get this done?

Thanks in advance,

Jonathan Hoyle

Have you tried calling the phone number they have on their contact
page?

You mean the one that walks you thru a voice mail menu and then says
send e-mail to sales@metrowerks.com?

This is correct,  we are trying to move everyone to the web site for
direct orders.  Also no one will accept e-mail orders for Desktop tools.
The phone should have sent you to the web site.   I'll try to change
this.  Unfortunately the web site is not correct on the Mac orders I'll
try to get this fixed ASAP.

Finally I apologize I was at a training seminar for a few days and
trying to catch up on everything and I let the newsgroups slip.  I
should have caught this much sooner.

Sorry for the delay in responding, I've been very busy the last few
days.  There was a mix up and half of the Mac order numbers were lost.

When I noticed and I reviewed the situation I asked that the tiered
renewals be removed, it seemed that no one wanted the Mach-O only and we
were getting a lot of unnecessary complaints   So I asked that it be
changed before they updated the web site.  I didn't follow up and
basically it stayed incorrectly on the web.

I will contact someone in sales and ask them to contact you. We do have
the order numbers it is just a matter of getting them place
appropriately on our store.
