Newbie question - error on 'quick start' - crt1.o

Hi

Just installed CW9 for Mac (OSX and Win targets).

Following the 'quick start' instructions for my first 'Mach-O Toolbox
Nib Bundle' project, clicking on Project_Debug gives :

Error : Internal Mach-O Importer Error File 'ImportMachO.c' Line 1112
can't find section for address

... on the "Source File" : crt1.o

Can anyone help a novice please... crt1.o exists in /usr/lib

Using OSX 10.3.7

Hi

Got it sorted in the end... hope it's the right solution :-)

I copied mwcrt1.o to /usr/lib/crt1.o

I guess there's a better way...

Yes in the project manager Window (the one with the files listed)

Simply clear the crt1.o and replace it with mwcrt1.o

Be sure to restore your /usr/lib/crt1.o library to what it should be.

The use of mwcrt1.o as a replacement is not necessary with the 9.3 or
9.4 patches.
