IDE keeps modifying headers

I'm using CodeWarrior 8.3 on Panther. Recently, anytime I view a header
file, that file's modification date gets changed. Why does this happen
and what can I do about it? (I know I've seen this asked about before,
but I couldn't find the thread.)

It is possibly the IDE adding a resource in order to track the cursor
position.
