Anyone getting the following error messages from CW8.3 under 10.3.7?
- Error: error during create of "rez.out"
- Error: Fatal error trying to open the resource file "rez.out" for
writing.
* The first error looks like it has a null or something similar at the
start of rez.out.

Thinking that I broke my project (everything used to work), I created a
new PP project using the Carbon Bundle - Basic template; however,
compiling the Carbon Debug target on this new project yields the same
error.
